Ingredients
2–4 hot dog buns
2 TEMPTY square
1 ripe avocado
2 tomatoes
3 red onions

Hot Dogs with Guacamole & Caramelized Onions
Steps
Start by mashing the avocado into a guacamole, then season with salt, pepper, ground cumin, dried coriander, and a splash of lime juice. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Finely dice 2 of the onions, the 2 tomatoes, and a handful of coriander. Mix these into the guacamole.
Cut the TEMPTY into uniform strips to serve as sausages. Sear them in a pan over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, or until golden brown on all sides.
Slice the 3rd onion into thick pieces and add to a preheated pan with oil. Once slightly softened, add 3–5 tablespoons of sugar. Cook until the sugar caramelizes the onions.
Toast the hot dog buns in the oven for a few minutes just before serving.
Assemble the hot dogs and finish with your preferred condiments (mustard, sweet chili sauce, etc.)
