Simple ingredients
Red quinoa, green lentils, carrots, fermented mushroom roots*, oats, rapeseed oil, salt, potato flour, onion powder, dried parsley, black pepper.
*Mycoprotein from Fusarium venenatum.

Suitable for vegan diet. TEMPTY is free from lactose, soy, eggs, nuts, fish, and more.

Prepare TEMPTY


From freezer to pan – simple, delicious, and versatile.
TEMPTY is ready in under 10 minutes.
Time for preparation: 6-8 min
STEP 1

Add oil to the pan and a pinch of salt on each patty. Optional: Add any additional seasoning you like.
STEP 2

Pan-fry patties for approximately 5 min from one side at medium heat or until brown.
STEP 3

Flip and pan-fry for another 5 min on the other side or until brown.
STEP 4

Use patties as a whole piece or cut into smaller pieces according to the meal.
Prepared directly from frozen! You can keep patties warm before serving in the oven at 50-70°C.
