Bruschetta with Tomatoes
Ingredients
1 piece of TEMPTY (100g)
2 large tomatoes or 200g of cherry tomatoes
2 tsp aceto balsamico
Olive oil
1 clove garlic
Fresh basil
Salt
Pepper
4 slices of baguette
Steps
Hot Version:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Brush the sliced baguette with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes.
3. Clean and wash your tomatoes, then cut them into smaller pieces. Put the tomatoes in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, 1 clove of chopped garlic, and fresh basil. Pan-fry until the tomatoes start to soften.
4. Add a teaspoon of aceto balsamico to the pan and continue pan-frying for another 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
5. Cut TEMPTY into small pieces, and using the same pan, fry them in olive oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
6. Top your toasted baguette slices with tomatoes, TEMPTY, and fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
Cold Version:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Brush the sliced baguette with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes.
3. Clean and wash your tomatoes, then cut them into smaller pieces.
4. Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil to your tomatoes, along with chopped basil and chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Cut TEMPTY into small pieces and pan-fry them for 2-3 minutes.
6. Top your toasted baguette slices with tomatoes, TEMPTY, and fresh basil leaves. Serve with a drizzle of aceto balsamico. Enjoy!
