Crispy Blinis

Ingredients

  • 2x TEMPTY Stykke

  • Panko (breadcrumbs)

  • Flour

  • Plant milk (or egg wash)

  • Blinis

  • Pickled onions

  • Mayo

Steps

1. Cut the TEMPTY patties into bite-sized pieces.


2. Dip each piece in flour, then milk (or egg), then panko breadcrumbs.


3. Fry the coated TEMPTY pieces in hot oil (170–180°C) until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towel.


4. Heat blinis gently in a dry pan or oven until soft and warm.


5. Add a small spoon of mayo on each blini.


6. Place one crispy TEMPTY bite on top and finish with a few pickled onion rings.
