Cabbage

Oil for deep-frying
Soy sauce
Cooking sake
Mirin
Freshly grated ginger, including juice

This recipe is made to showcase that TEMPTY is a versatile ingredient that can be also easily deep-fried. 👩🍳
Step 1: Cut TEMPTY into cubes

Step 2: Prepare marinade and pour over TEMPTY

Step 3: Let sit for a few minutes, then turn TEMPTY pieces in corn starch

Step 4: Deep-fry for 2-3 minutes

Step 5: Serve with finely sliced cabbage and lemon
