INGREDIENTS
1 piece of TEMPTY (100g), cut into bite-size pieces
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
pinch of baking powder
pinch of salt
vegetable oil for frying
Sauce
2 tbsp gojuchang
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup honey
1 clove of finely minced garlic
For serving
toasted sesame seeds
spring onion, chopped
STEPS
1. Cut TEMPTY into bite-size pieces (or any shape you want!).
2. Combine cornstarch, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add water and mix until smooth.
3. Heat oil in a deep pot, pan, or fryer on medium heat. Coat TEMPTY in a mixture and deep fry for 2-3 min or until golden brown.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the sauce.
5. Cover fried TEMPTY in the sauce, top with chopped spring onions and toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
