Bruschetta with Tomatoes and TEMPTY

INGREDIENTS

1 piece of TEMPTY (100g)

olive oil

2 large tomatoes or 200g of cherry tomatoes

1 clove of garlic

fresh basil

2 teaspoons of Aceto balsamico

salt

pepper

4 slices of baguette


STEPS

Hot version

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Brush the sliced baguette with olive oil and bake for 5 min.

3. Clean and wash your tomatoes and cut them into smaller pieces. Put tomatoes in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, 1 clove of chopped garlic, and fresh basil. Pan-fry until tomatoes start softening up.

4. Add a teaspoon of Aceto balsamico pan and keep pan-frying for another 3 minutes. Taste with salt and pepper and set aside.

5. Cut TEMPTY into small pieces, and using the same pan, fry them in olive oil for 2-3 min until golden brown.

6. Top your toasted baguette slices with tomatoes, TEMPTY, and fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!


Cold version

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Brush the sliced baguette with olive oil and bake for 5 min.

3. Clean and wash your tomatoes and cut them into smaller pieces.

4. Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil to your tomatoes, then chopped basil and chopped garlic. Taste with salt and pepper.

5. Cut TEMPTY into small pieces and pan-fry them for 2-3 min.

6. Top your toasted baguette slices with tomatoes, TEMPTY, and fresh basil leaves. Serve with a drizzle of Aceto balsamico. Enjoy!
