How to prepare TEMPTY

 1. Pan-frying 

  • Add a pinch of salt or a marinade before pan-frying

  • Use an oil of your choice

  • Pan-fry for 3-5 min from each side

 2. Baking 

  • Add a pinch of salt and oil well or use a marinade

  • Preheat oven to 200 °C, bake 10 min from wine side, flip and bake for another 5 min or until it has crust

 3. deep-frying 

  • Add a pinch of salt before adding breading

  • Deep-fry for 2-3 min

  • Pan-fry TEMPTY for about 5 min to get a bit of crust before adding a sauce.
